Steven Bayard, Member-At-Large, East Valley Representative
Steven Bayard attended LA Valley College and then Cal State Los Angeles in Political Science/Public Administration. During my working career, I was employed as a Nursing Home Administrator, a K-12 School Administrator and a Community College Director of Facilities where I was responsible for the construction and re-construction of approximately $20 Million worth of school buildings. I served as Director of Public Works and Facilities Maintenance Manager for Fantasy Springs Casino and the Cabazon Band of Mission Indians and then owned part of a large commercial and industrial HVAC and Refrigeration sales and service company located in Southern California. I am a Board Member of Desert Village Initiative, a 501 c 3 non profit in Sun City Palm Desert and serve at the pleasure of the Riverside County Board of Supervisors on the Imperial Irrigation District Energy Consumers Advisory Committee and the Riverside County Waste Management Advisory Board.
